The new method

 

90% of everything we do, are habits! The successful person just has different habits than the unsuccessful person! If we really want to improve something – no matter in what area – we have to change our habits. And exactly herein lies the difficulty!

Imagine a person, who wants to start jogging.Usually one only has a short period of motivation. He/ she starts running, but as soon as the weather is bad or the person does not have time to go outside - the old habit is back again. He/ she sitting again at home doing too less exercise. He/ she sits comfortably at home, not doing enough exercise. And it works exactly the same way, when you have read a book, watched a video or attended a seminar. You feel motivated for a short time, then you start to change something – and after a while you are back to your old habits again. The most difficult part is the phase of change! The new habits have to become automatic. Whatever you want to change, it has to become a part of yourself, it has to become a new habit!

 

Since the efficiency of each educational measure is associated with the level of self-motivation, self experience and conviction of the participants, Eric Adler developed a new method which consists of the following elements:

 

During a period of some weeks/months ( it depends on the goals) the participant gets a small daily exercise for self experience, constant coaching via web and workshops in regular intervals to strengthen the learning and to motivate.

The following factors are essential: 

- the mixture of written information and presence training

- a simple and playful approach of the content and immediate practical implementation into his daily life

- constant motivation in various ways

- a didactical structure, which “automatically” causes habit changes
