The new methodology

 

90% of everything we do, are habits! The successful one has just simply different habits than the unsuccessful one! If we really want to improve something – no matter in what kind of field – we have to change our habits. And that’s exactly what the difficulty is all about!

 

Imagine a person, who would like to start running to work out more. This is just an example of a boosted motivation. You start running but once there will be foul weather, next time you simply just don’t have time to go running and so on – and the old habit got you again. You are sitting again at home doing too less exercise. And it works exactly the same way when you are done reading a book, watching a movie or after you have attended some kind of seminar. You feel very motivated, you start to change something but only after a short time your old habits got you again. Because the real difficulty is the phase of the conversion! The new habits must become automated. Whatever you would like to change, has to become your second nature - your new habit.

 

Since the efficiency of each educational measure is associated with the level of self-motivation, self experience and conviction of the participants, Eric Adler developed a new methodology which consists of the following elements:

 

During a period of some weeks/months ( it depends on the goals) a small daily exercise for your self experience, constant coaching via web and workshops in regular intervals to strengthen the learning and to motivate.

 

The following factors are essential:

 

- the mixture consisting of correspondence course, presence training and information

 

- a simple and playful processing of the content that are easily and immediately concretely convertible

 

- maintenance of the motivation from the participants by different measures

 

-a didactical structure, which “automatically” causes habit changes

 

 

After a conclusion of the habit changes, the internal attitudes changed, so that the participant does those things correctly and with a matter of course, which he/she used to do wrong or was only able to make with major difficulty.

A permanent development, to your desired direction, is caused by this unique coaching system which causes a permanent increase of your private satisfaction and your career success.
